How can I obtain a Food Club card?

Can I check how many points I have accrued?
The cardholder can view their card balance online by logging into their validated account on the website. The points from your transaction and total live points balance can also be printed on each till receipt.
Do points/vouchers expire?
Yes. Points collected will remain on your account and can be used at any time, however if there is no activity on your account you may receive notice that the account will be closed. If your account is unused for 12 months, your points may be remove
Can I use my Food Club account to pay at the till?
Yes. You can pre-pay by loading the cashless purse on your account with a balance using your Credit / Debit Card. Your FOOD CLUB card or mobile phone app. can then be used to pay at participating tills (providing there is a balance on your account).
Does my participating restaurant use Food Club cards of just the mobile phone app?
In some participating restaurants The Food Club scheme is only enabled via the mobile phone app. If cards are also available you can participate in the scheme using a card and/or the mobile phone app. as both can be registered against your account.
Are there any restrictions on using the Food Club scheme?
Some participating restaurants may restrict you from earning Loyalty Points on certain products. ▪ Loyalty points cannot be earned on cash back – only on product sales. ▪ Points cannot be accrued or redeemed against any functions.
How do I add a new card to my account?
You are only allowed to have 1 card active on your account. If you lose your card you can inactivate the lost card, then add a new card from the Cards screen using the 'Add a New Card' panel.
Are my details safe?
The details you provide during the registration process are held securely on the MCR Systems Servers within the EU, and are not stored on any websites.
